By purchasing and accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

   1. The Program includes 10 videos and a workbook.

1. The price for the Program, inclusive of the 10 videos and workbook is $248. 
2. All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided. 
2. Intellectual Property:
1. All content provided in the Program, including videos, workbook, is the intellectual property of Amanda Hanson International. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclaimer:
1. The Program is designed for educational and self-help purposes. The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
4. Indemnity:
1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amanda Hanson International from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Program.
5. Modification of Terms:
1. The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Program's website.
6. Termination of Access:
1. The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program or online community at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
7. Governing Law:
1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Florida.
