These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Self-Love program ("Program") offered by Amanda Hanson International ("Provider").
By purchasing and accessing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
  1. Program Content:
    • The Program includes 25 videos and a workbook designed to promote self-love and personal development.
  2. Online Community Access:
    • Upon purchase, you will receive access to the online community associated with the Program for a period of one month.
  3. Payment:
    • The price for the Program, inclusive of the 25 videos, workbook, and one-month access to the online community, is $288.
    • All payments are final, and no refunds will be provided.
  4. Community Etiquette:
    • Participants in the online community are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting a positive and supportive environment.
    • Any violation of community guidelines may result in exclusion from the community without explanation.
  5. Intellectual Property:
    • All content provided in the Program, including videos, workbook, and community discussions, is the intellectual property of Amanda Hanson International. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
  6. Disclaimer:
    • The Program is designed for educational and self-help purposes. The Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  7. Indemnity:
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amanda Hanson International from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Program.
  8. Modification of Terms:
    • The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Program's website.
  9. Termination of Access:
    • The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program or online community at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
  10. Governing Law:
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Florida.

  12. Membership and Participation:
    • Membership in The Muses Community is granted exclusively to women.
    • Admission is by invitation only, and participation is contingent upon compliance with these Terms.
       
    • Confidentiality:
      The Community is designated as private, and Members are expressly prohibited from sharing any information derived from the Community outside its confines.
    • Any violation of confidentiality may result in the immediate and unilateral termination of the Member's access to the Community.
       
    • Diversity and Inclusion:
      The Community is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion.
    • Discrimination based on religion, race, or political views is strictly forbidden.
       
    • Zero Tolerance for Racism:
      Any manifestation of racism within the Community will result in immediate exclusion.
       
    • Commercial Activities:
      Members are expressly prohibited from offering services, advertising, or engaging in any form of solicitation within the Community.
       
    • Membership Cost:
      The cost of membership is $125 per month or $1250 per year.
       
    • No Refunds Policy:
      Amanda Hanson International maintains a strict no refunds policy. This policy applies even in the case of exclusion from the Community for any reason.
       
    • Right to Exclude:
      Amanda Hanson International retains the irrevocable right to exclude any Member from the Community at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
       
    • Warning and Exclusion:
      In the event a Member receives a warning and subsequently violates these Terms, exclusion from the Community will be enforced.
       
    • Indemnity:
      Members hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Amanda Hanson and Amanda Hanson International from any claims or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Community.
       
    • Personal Responsibility:
      Members acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their own results and experiences within the Community.
       
    • Information Sharing:
      While efforts are made to maintain the privacy of the Community, Members acknowledge that information shared may not be entirely secure, and the Provider does not guarantee against external sharing.
    • Amanda Hanson International reserves the right to utilize any information shared within the Community as deemed appropriate.
       
    • Content Ownership:
      All content within the Community is the exclusive property of Amanda Hanson International.
       
    • Marketing Use:
      All content within the Community may be utilized for marketing purposes by Amanda Hanson International.
       
    • Membership Benefits:
    • By enrolling in The Muses Community, Members will have access to the following exclusive benefits:
      • Monthly 2-hour group Zoom Call
      • Audio Recordings of zoom call.
      • Private group on Facebook.
      • Comprehensive Monthly Journal Prompts.
