The Muses Community
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between the participant (“Member”) and Amanda Hanson International, LLC (“Company”) governing participation in The Muses online community (“Community”). Company and Member may each be referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” By accessing or participating in the Community, the Member agrees to these Terms.
1. Membership Eligibility & Participation
Client confirms they are at least eighteen (18) years old (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) and represents that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. Participation is contingent upon ongoing compliance with these Terms. Any login credentials or access information provided are for Member’s personal use only and may not be shared. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access.
2. Community Privacy & Confidentiality
The Community is intended to be a private space. Members agree not to share Community discussions, content, or materials outside the Community. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain privacy, the Company cannot guarantee confidentiality and is not responsible for actions taken by other Members.
The obligations of confidentiality in this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of the Community indefinitely.
3. Community Standards
Members agree to participate respectfully and in good faith. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or behavior that undermines the safety or purpose of the Community may result in removal. The Company reserves sole discretion to determine whether conduct violates these standards.
4. Commercial Activity
Advertising, solicitation, or promotion of products or services within the Community is not permitted without prior written consent from the Company.
5. Fees & Recurring Billing
Membership is offered at the price displayed at checkout, billed in advance on a recurring basis. By enrolling, Members authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Members may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; cancellation does not retroactively refund prior payments.
6. No Refunds & Cancellation
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in refunds or prorations for past or current billing periods. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless terminated for violation of these Terms.
7. Suspension or Termination
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access as necessary to maintain the safety, integrity, and purpose of the Community. The Company may, but is not required to, issue warnings prior to removal. Termination due to violations does not entitle the Member to a refund.
8. Member Responsibilities & Professional Disclaimer
Member agrees to:
- Participate actively and responsibly
- Communicate honestly and respectfully
- Understand that results depend on Member’s own effort and implementation
All content shared in the Community is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. No therapist-client or medical relationship is formed. Member is solely responsible for any decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from participation in the Community.
Client understands and agrees that individual results may vary. Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes or benefits from participation in the Program, use of Program materials, or application of Program techniques. Testimonials or examples provided by Company reflect individual experiences only and should not be considered typical results.
Member agrees not to use Community for emergency, crisis, or time-sensitive matters. Company does not provide emergency services, does not monitor communications in real time, and has no duty to identify or respond to mental health crises.
If Member is experiencing a mental health crisis or requires urgent support, Member agrees to immediately contact local emergency services or a licensed medical or mental health professional in their jurisdiction.
9. Technology & Platform Access
Access to the Community may depend on third-party platforms. Temporary interruptions or technical issues beyond the Company’s control do not constitute grounds for refunds or charge reversals.
10. Content & Intellectual Property
All Company-created content remains the exclusive property of the Company. Members retain ownership of their own contributions but grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Community content for Community operations and related purposes. Members consent to the use of anonymized or non-identifying Community content for marketing purposes.
11. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the Community or violation of these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Community. Company’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by Member during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
13. Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any such updates or modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or delivery platform. Continued participation in or access to the Program after such posting constitutes acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
15. International Clients & Local Law Compliance
Member acknowledges that the Community is offered from the United States and agrees that participation is voluntary. Member is solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Community is lawful in their country or jurisdiction of residence and for complying with any applicable local laws, regulations, tax obligations, or professional requirements. Company makes no representation that the Community complies with the laws of jurisdictions outside the United States and shall not be liable for Member’s failure to comply with such laws. Fees are charged in U.S. dollars, and Member is responsible for any currency conversion fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their jurisdiction.
16. Force Majeure
Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, or platform outages.
17. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- Electronic Execution & Global Enforceability
The Parties agree that this Agreement may be executed and accepted electronically. Electronic acceptance, including checking a box indicating agreement or completing purchase, constitutes a legally binding signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The Parties intend that this Agreement be enforceable worldwide, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in Member’s jurisdiction.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Member and Company and supersedes all prior communications or agreements regarding The Muses Community, and does not include other coaching or programs offered by Company, which require a separate written agreement.
By participating in The Muses Community, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
