Effective Date: December 20th 2024

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant ("Member") and Amanda Hanson International, governing the Member's participation in Voxer Chat Support with Dr. Amanda. By accessing and engaging in this offer, the Member acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership and Participation:
• Membership is granted exclusively to women.
• Participation is contingent upon compliance with these Terms.
2. Confidentiality:
• The chat is designated as private, and Members are expressly prohibited from sharing any information derived from the chat outside its confines.
• Any violation of confidentiality may result in the immediate and unilateral termination of the Member's access to the chat and The Muses community.
3. Diversity and Inclusion:
• The Chat and Community is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Discrimination based on religion, race, or political views is strictly forbidden.
4. Zero Tolerance for Racism:
• Any manifestation of racism within the Chat and Community will result in immediate exclusion.
5. Commercial Activities:
• Members are expressly prohibited from offering services, advertising, or engaging in any form of solicitation within the Chat and Community.
6. Membership Cost:
• The cost of membership is $2222 per month.
7. No Refunds Policy:
• Amanda Hanson International maintains a strict no refunds policy. This policy applies even in the case of exclusion from the Chat and Community for any reason.
8. Right to Exclude:
• Amanda Hanson International retains the irrevocable right to exclude any Member from the Chat and Community at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
9. Warning and Exclusion:
• In the event a Member receives a warning and subsequently violates these Terms, exclusion from the Chat and Community will be enforced.
10. Indemnity:
• Members hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Amanda Hanson and Amanda Hanson International from any claims or liabilities arising out of their participation in the Chat and Community.
11. Personal Responsibility:
• Members acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for their own results and experiences within the Chat and Community.
12. Information Sharing:
• While efforts are made to maintain the privacy of the Chat and Community, Members acknowledge that information shared may not be entirely secure, and the Provider does not guarantee against external sharing.
• Amanda Hanson International reserves the right to utilize any information shared within the Chat and Community as deemed appropriate.
13. Content Ownership:
• All content within the Chat and Community is the exclusive property of Amanda Hanson International.
14. Marketing Use:
• All content within the Chat and Community may be utilized for marketing purposes by Amanda Hanson International.
15. Membership Benefits:
    • Monthly Live Q&A with Dr. Amanda
    • Private group on Facebook.
    • Comprehensive Monthly Journal Prompts.
    • Voxer Chat Support available Monday-Friday

By participating in the Chat and The Muses Online Community, the Member affirms that they have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to abide by these legally binding Terms and Conditions.
